Selecting your Future Champion With Latricia Duke
A short clip of the video can be seen here:
http://winningruns.com/vlog/?p=4

Latricia and J.O. Duke own Duke Barrel Horses in Merkel, Texas. The Duke brand, a horseshoe with a D on the left hip, is becoming regularly associated with champion barrel horses. Latricia has trained some of the most recognizable names in the futurity and rodeo world such as Bubba Hempen, Sugs Calico Dreamer, Firewaterontherocks, Sign of Passion, Silks Easy Dash, VF The Rock Crusher, Mr. I Shine First, and Yeah Hes Firen. Latricia’s resume includes an APHA World Championship and Back to Back San Antonio Futurity Championships. She’s won the Delta Downs Futurity Championship, BFA Juvenile Futurity Reserve Championship, and WPRA Futurity Reserve Championship. Her awards and accolades are numerous, and in this video she lets us in on her secrets for selecting a future champion.

I was very surprised with this video. I personally had never heard of Latricia but what she said made a lot of sense to a person with no idea about what to look for in a horse. This video completely changed the way I see a horse.

I will never buy another hrose without watching this video first.
She makes so much common sense.
And I've also been able to apply some of the things she talked about with conformation to the hroses I have at home to address issues.

This is one of my favorites of all your videos. No complicated cues, just go straight and then turn.  Love Latricia's methods, and obviously, it works. Smiley Very informative video.

I liked this video as well.  Some of her horses were a little green but that is what she does - takes a somewhat green colt & turns them into a champion.  Again she showed us what works for her - thats what I like to see.

This is such a good video that I watched it over and over.  She did a great job of explaining what conformation characteristics she desires and why.  This is one of my top five favorites.

I enjoyed the way the video was simple and to the point.  Plus, it didn't matter what color the animal was!  Her training was simple to understand.
